Inclusive Employers Hiring HUB

ETHOS has developed an interactive web-based training and resource platform for employers who are interested in fostering an inclusive, forwarding thinking workplace.  The HUB is a free platform that connects certified employers to job-seekers with disabilities. Employers register for modules to learn about topics such as: benefits of inclusive hiring, communication and language, HR and inclusive hiring practices, peer mentorship and workplace accommodations. Modules can be completed through webinars, at your own pace, or in person on a case-by-case basis. The HUB contains over 75 HR Toolkits that can be used to further support businesses in hiring Persons with Disabilities. Toolkits have real-world applications that can help guide managers in building and maintaining an inclusive workplace. ETHOS is committed to partnering with inclusive employers who are striving to create workplaces free from any forms of discrimination and marginalization towards any person, cultural background, or group to include their mental health and psychological safety.  

We are striving to create workplaces free of any forms of discrimination and marginalization towards any person, cultural background, or group to include their mental health and psychological safety.  The Inclusive Employer Series will focus on developing resources and a mini- Community of Practice (CoP) for employers to explore the barriers faced by members of different communities and uplift the evidence-based practices and strength-based approaches to contribute to creating more diversity and talent in the workforce. Employers will also have opportunities to share their knowledge and experience in connection with other employers on ways to improve inclusivity within their business or company.  The drop-in sessions will focus on a 4-part series to support employers to think about the measures to improve inclusivity within their company.
